After many successful years as a three-person team, we’re transitioning to a focused partnership as Tony, our trusted Senior salesperson and friend is moving on to explore exciting new opportunities at the end of September.

His departure provides us with a unique opportunity to become the truly local Real Estate experts in the East of Christchurch. Moving forward our focus, will be entirely on serving our local community with fair, affordable and personal service backed by an in-depth knowledge of the area and commitment to seeing the East prosper. Tim is well known in Aranui and Wainoni as a trusted real estate agent for nearly 30 years and as the local historian and advocate for the community. Carolyn, whose unique blend of marketing and sales expertise (spanning more than 25 years) has already brought new energy and ideas to the business, is now a qualified real estate salesperson and we have become a formidable team, dedicated to getting the best outcome for our clients.
