Our history
Tim began selling real estate in 1996, first with H.G. Livingstone Residential, before joining the First National group in 2000. In 2002, he and two others bought the company and renamed it Avon Realty Ltd whilst remaining a member of the First National Group. In 2006, Tim sold his shares in Avon Realty and joined David Lawrence Real Estate. After more than 30 years in Real Estate, David decided to step back from management of the company in 2015 and Tim took over ownership of the company.
We are now known as Tim Baker Real Estate Limited and continue the values set in stone by David of honesty and fairness in all dealings.

Tim Baker Real Estate Ltd is licensed under the Real Estate Act 2008. Our manager and salespersons are bound by the Real Estate Act (Professional Conduct and Client Care) Rules 2009 required by section 14 of the Real Estate Agents Act.
These rules should be read in conjunction with the ACT and Regulations.
As required under the rules, we have an in-house Complaints and Disputes Resolution procedure. Please contact us to receive a copy of this. Please note, you can access the Real Estate Authority’s complaints process without first using our in-house procedure. And any use of our in-house procedures does not prevent you from making a complaint to the Authority.
